A fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join a nation town and urban planning company in the CBD
Your new company
A well-established firm specialising in design, urban and town planning that combines its numerous years of planning history with genuine enthusiasm to provide the best advice and enduring outcomes for all clients, Australia-wide. They are looking for a Front Desk Administrator to join their team on a permanent, full time basis.

Your new role
Reporting to the Office Manager/Directors, you will deliver a high level of administration support to all internal stakeholders. As first point of contact for the business, you will be required to create a warm and positive impression for all (internal and external) stakeholders. Duties and responsibilities will include;
  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Meeting and greeting walk ins and assisting
  • Dealing with high levels of documentation
  • Formatting documents
  • Setting up boardrooms and meeting rooms - maintaining cleanliness
  • Distributing mail
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar administrative role. You must be proficient on Microsoft Suite and Adobe Acrobat and PDF manipulation is highly beneficial. You will have exceptional time management and organisational skills and be able to meet deadlines effectively. Clear and concise communication skills are also required.
