Position Overview
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Front of House Professional to join our team offering 30 hours per week. As a Front of House Table Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing excellent customer service, expertly serving meals, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. This role includes availability for breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts, including weekends and weeknights.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Provide table service and take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve beverages, including barista coffee and cocktails.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Answer guest inquiries and provide information about the menu.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure efficient service.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues professionally.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar role in a restaurant or cafe setting.
- Barista skills and experience in cocktail making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Generous with your hospitality and a genuine love for food.
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
- Outstanding customer service skills, including a friendly and approachable demeanor.
