KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet members and welcome them to the studio;
- Help members with checking in for their ride and shoe fitting;
- Assist members with setting up their bikes and go through the class format, monitors, and stats;
- Cleaning of Studio bathrooms and toilets;
- Sales calls;
- Washing and folding towels;
- Writing on lockers and checking milestone rides and birthdays;
- Grassroots Marketing;
- Learning and managing member bookings through the PIQ system;
- Managing prospects and members through ClubReady.
- Must present for work well-groomed;
- Must wear 1 cycle bar branded item of clothing to each shift;
- 1 x Social Media post per shift (Cyclebar related).
Required Experience:
- Sales experience preferred with a willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills, outgoing personality, and great negotiation skills.
- Aim to sell 10 memberships a month.
