We are now looking for talented and passionate hoteliers who enjoy working in a professional and fast paced environment, have exceptional guest service skills and operate at a high standard. With increased business levels post lockdown, we now have full time, part time and casual positions available.
We have multiple positions available across all of our Rooms Division departments including:
- Bell Attendant
- Front Desk Agent
- Club Lounge Attendant
- Telephone Operator
- Reservation Agent
About you:
- You have the gift of the gab and excellent communication skills
- You must be passionate about providing the most memorable guest experience a Hotel can offer
- Be able to maintain attention to detail and accuracy in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills
- The ability to work a rotating roster with weekend, evening and the occasional overnight availability
- Experience working with the Opera system is an advantage
