We are currently looking for new team members in all departments to take our property to the next level. We are seeking Full-time, Part-time, and Casual staff.

Our 10-acre property is enhanced by beautiful gardens and we are proudly family built and owned since 1988.
As Front Office Receptionist you will be reporting directly to the Front Office Manager and the General Manager. While this position is predominantly day, applicants will need to be reliable and have the flexibility to work all shifts including weekends.
You will have:
- A high standard of presentation and reliability
- Exceptional customer service skills, communication and time management skills
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of computer literacy and accuracy
- Ability to work autonomously
- A willingness to use initiative and have strong problem solving skills
- Ability to confidently liaise/communicate at all levels
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Previous experience highly regarded but not essential
- Have a working knowledge of all emergency procedures
Examples of duties will include:
- Front office duties including check in and check out of guests
- Checking and balancing the days takings from all departments
- Data Entry and checking of Rates, ensuring guest information is accurate
- Regular patrols of the property
- Addressing and resolving guest concerns or enquiries
- Completing the night audit process, reconciliation and excel reporting
- Produce nightly reports as required
- Communicating & reporting issues to the manager
- Minor maintenance
- General cleaning of Reception area
