An exciting opportunity exists at our property, Clayton Serviced Apartments located just 19km south east of Melbourne’s CBD. Clayton Serviced Apartments offers a selection of modern 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and townhouses and comprises a combination of short term serviced apartments and long term residential letting. Our property is currently experiencing growth and is looking to expand our team to enhance our service levels and opportunities.
As part of a small team, this role will be multi-faceted and will ideally work across our Front Desk Reception as well as provide administrative support in property management. Some of the tasks the role will entail include:
- Front Office Reception
- Performing Check in/Check out Processes
- Attend to guest enquiries, requests and follow up if required
- Attending to reservations and front desk duties
- Provide administrative assistance with property management of our long term tenants including, tenant enquiries, lease renewals, property inspections and liaison with apartment owners in our long term pool
- Professional and effective communication with all staff, owners, guests and the General Manager
Ideally, you will have:
- An eye for detail
- Impeccable grooming and presentation
- Similar experience in a 4 star strata complex
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of hotel property management systems preferably REI
- Flexibility in working a rotational roster. Casual hours will fall mainly within the hours of 9am to 4pm Mon to Fri but some weekend relief work may be required occasionally
- Experience in Property Management or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
The initial minimum hours required for this role are 15-20 per week with a view to going permanent part time for the right candidate. Free on site parking is also on offer.
Must be an Australian Citizen or have a valid working visa.
