One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments are looking to engage an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a friendly team. You will work with multi-disciplinary delivery teams, following agile principles to develop IT systems supporting the business. The Full Stack Developer will be offered an initial 12 month contract with the view to be extended for 2 years and receive a rewarding hourly rate.
The successful Full Stack Developer will be responsible for the below:
- Work with Business Analysts, Delivery Managers and end users to translate requirements into technical designs for implementation and deployment.
- Build and enhance modern user interfaces
- Build and enhance API services
- Support agile delivery practices within the team
The successful Full Stack Developer will have experience in the following:
- Demonstrated skills and experience building modern web applications using Vue.js, React, TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6 or higher)
- Demonstrated skills and experience building modern web applications using enterprise integration platforms (e.g. MuleSoft, J2EE, RESTful web services)
- Demonstrated experience in or knowledge of the following: Pega, Containerisation (OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker), Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Experience working in a team using agile principles, practices and frameworks
