Reporting to the Senior Full Stack.NET Developer Team Lead, you will be responsible for contributing to software standards, architecture, best practices and development approach inline to your experience. You will be collaborating in a peer group of developers, working together to collectively deliver high quality work.
Based in North Ryde, with flexible hybrid working arrangements, this dynamic role will be the primary project/support resource for website support and development. This involves acting in a development capacity to support, upgrade and modernise CSRs websites and customer web apps, in line with strategy and product roadmap.
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:
Tertiary qualified in Computer Science or other relevant area.
Several years .Net Developer experience
Solid Sitecore expertise (certified Sitecore developer – advantageous) in Sitecore 8 or above combined with knowledge of Sitecore upgrades (experience in Sitecore from 8 -> 9 or 8 -> 10) or exposure to similar technologies such as Kentico and Umbraco.
Background in .NET, HTML, CSS, Angular experience is preferred.
Strong commercial experience in GIT, Jira, C#, SQL, Cloud/Azure, WebApi/MVC.
Commercial exposure in developing in DevOps IaaS, PaaS environments.
Strong experience in coding standards, development, agile, release, testing approaches.
Technical aptitude and excellence in adherence to coding standards and architecture principles.
Experience in Sitecore, Umbraco, Kentico or other CMS required. Willingness to undertake Sitecore certification a must (if not already current).
Interest in UI and UX design highly desirable. We are working on customer facing applications and websites, so your keen eye to design will be highly beneficial in this role
Experience in managing databases in MSSQL.
Full stack development skills highly desirable.
Experience in code automation (Puppet, Chef, Terraform), Terraform preferred
Demonstrate problem solving ability to understand an issue and identify potential solutions combined with a strategic mind-set.
