Full Time Assistant Director - Treloar Child Care Centre

Treloar Child Care Centre is a not-for-profit community-based service located in South Hedland. We support and encourage individual growth and a strong team that is made up of many different cultures and backgrounds.

We are looking for a full-time Assistant Director to support our team in providing high-quality care across our 71-place service. We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and professional candidate who has an excellent understanding of the EYLF and NQS.

In this role you will:

Supporting the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care

• Mentor and build capabilities with the Centre team
• Be responsible for the overall management of the Centre in the Director's absence
• Use, implement and develop the centre Policies and Procedures

Skills and Experience

· Diploma in Early Education and Care or Equivalent (essential)

· WWC Check

· First Aid Certificate

· Medical Clearance

· LR Bus Licence (or willingness to obtain upon being successful for role)

· Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships

· An overriding commitment to the care of our children

· Display professionalism and leadership behaviours

· Strong Professionalism and Leadership skills (Previous experience in leadership roles will be highly regarded)
