Responsibilities
As Part Time/Full Time BaristaAll Rounder, you will work collaboratively with the store manager and Assistant Manager to ensure stores and company objectives are achieved.
By providing great quality coffees and prepared drinks, you will support the team effort to achieve high standards in customer service, product quality and luxury cafe experience.
We are currently looking for qualified Barista in our Camberwell and Toorak.
The role of Full Time Barista All Rounder will require you to help with other store duties (listed below).
What you will bring
- Hands on mindset and high energy to keep with the fast paced environment of our cafes
- You will focus primarily on the coffee machine but as an All Rounder you may be require to support the team at the register, on the floor with table service and with opening/closing/cleaning duties.
- Deliver and maintain the highest standard in Branding with our lovely customers
- Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management
- High personal standards in providing superior customer service
- Weekend and public holiday work will be required
- Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage industry is needed
