Responsibilities
- Customer Service and Retail Sales;
- Creating and publishing WeChat posts;
- Liaising with Marketing/ Ecomm teams to maintain brand alignment and social media schedule;
- Monitoring and analysing customer engagement to optimise and adapt user experience;
- First point of contact for WeChat customer enquiries;
- Adapting content across Chinese and English;
- Assisting in the production and execution of events for VIP WeChat clients
- Proactive awareness of consumer trends on social media
- Ability to confidently create and style commercially effective fashion content
- Photo-editing and copywriting skills
- Experience in personalised client services and sustainable customer relationships
- Experience in managing or handling business social media accounts.
