Full Time Quality Assurance Manager

SALARY $90,000+ SUPERANNUATION

DUTIES

1) Responsible for the formulation of the company's quality management system and certification process according to relevant International Standards to ensure the establishment, implementation and maintenance of the processes and procedures required by the company's quality management system and certification process;

2) Teaching and directing staffs in company about quality management system and certification process;

3) Supervise and control the related requirements of quality management system and certification process to be effectively implemented in all departments;

4) Organize the formulation of internal audit and quality supervision plans, organize the implementation and prepare reports, and ensure the continuous suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of the company's quality management system and certification process;

5) Responsible for reporting the establishment of quality policy and objectives to the top management, and timely reporting the operation of quality system and certification process, as well as the contents requiring improvement of management system and certification process;

6) Organize and develop the training and examination and supervision of the company's personnel to ensure that the personnel meet the requirements of the quality management system of the certification and inspection institutions;

7) Responsible for the establishment, modification and updating of the quality system documents that is including quality manuals, procedure document, work instruction and related record documents;

8) Coordinate and solve problems in the operation of quality management system and inspection and certification process, propose corrective and preventive measures, improve the quality system and certification process, and ensure the improvement and update of quality documents and quality records.

9) Responsible for coordination with CQC(China Quality Certification Center) to conduct onsite auditing for Australian enterprises(Health supplements, food industry, dairy industry and cosmetic enterprises) to obtain relevant Certification qualification;

10) Responsible for liaison and communication with NSW Investment to assist Australian Enterprises to obtain the qualification of products imported to China;

11) Assist Australian manufacturer to obtain legal qualifications for Chinese market sales including GACC(General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China) registration and Chinese Label ‘s designto meet Chinese National Standards on the content and format of imported food labels;

12) Guide Australian enterprise on products registration (healthy supplements, food for special medical purpose, cosmetic, and infant formula) in SAMR (State Administration for Market Regulation) and NMPA(National Medical Products Administration).

REQUIRED SKILLS

Bachelor degree or above, at least 3 years experience

English, bilingual an advantage

The person in this position must master the following knowledge and skills:

1. Proficient in Chinese national standards and international standards of quality management system of inspection institutions ISO17020, international standards of quality management system of testing institutions ISO17025, international standards of food industry quality management system ISO22000 and HACCP certification international standards;

2. Proficient in CNAS(China National Accreditation Administration for Conformity Assessment) guidelines. As well as the key requirements and procedures of certification bodies for the recognition and evaluation of the quality system of dairy enterprises and health care products enterprises, which are the conditions that related product enterprises to obtain licenses in China;

3. Proficient in import and export trade laws and regulations of the GACC(General Administration of Customs, PRC); In particular, technical requirements and legal procedures for overseas enterprise registration and product inspection and quarantine;

4. Proficient in the policies and regulations of the State Administration for Market Regulation and the National Medical Products Administration of China. Assist relevant Australian enterprises to obtain legal qualifications for Chinese market sales, including laws and regulations to meet China's requirements on the content and format of imported food labels.

Salary: $89,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
