Ray White The Gap is a family owned business that specializes in the residential sales, property management and finance, servicing The Gap and surrounding area. We have been operating for over 13 years and we pride ourselves on the quality and personal service we provide to our clients.
We are seeking a friendly, confident, energetic, and customer service professional to look after our front reception. Please note experience within the real estate industry is preferred though not required.
The right candidate will have the following attributes:
- Current real estate license or willing to do additional training to obtain their license.
- High levels of computer literacy and typing skills
- Punctual, well presented & well spoken
- Ability to multi-task and work unsupervised
Your duties will include:
- Answering & directing calls
- Meeting & greeting clients
- Providing admin support to sales & property management staff
- Typing, filing, scanning & general admin duties
- Maintenance & upkeep of reception area
- Window cards, internet up loads, advertising proofs
- Contract processing
- Monitoring office supplies and stationary
