About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Scrum Master – Salesforce & Integration Practice as a “Functional Consultant” within a squad, your team’s mission is to build upon our brand-new next generation customer relationship management solution. You’ll leverage Salesforce to provide a number of capabilities across the organisation.

You will work in a cross-functional team and work across products, applications and portals on the salesforce platform playing a key role as they expand further. This involves configuration of Salesforce and related third party applications including Salesforce Sales and Service, Apttus CPQ, FinancialForce and Communities applications.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Participate in sessions with our internal customers and other team members to understand Business Requirements and Business Processes Analysis.
- Document detailed functional & technical requirements.
- Analyse data and execute data migration strategies and mapping
- Demonstrate solution prototypes
- Deliver prioritised features to optimise for both time to market and return on investment
- Support developers and technology leads in functional analysis of BAU issues
What you’ll need to be successful
- Bachelor Degree in an Information Systems discipline
- Proven analytical skills and evidence-based decision making
- Advanced oral and written communication skills with ability to present and articulate using a variety of verbal, written and visual methods where appropriate to a diverse range of audiences.
- 5+ years Salesforce/CRM experience in enterprise environments
- 3+ years as a Salesforce Functional Consultant in enterprise environments
- Salesforce certifications are highly desired
