Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake technical analysis, define business logic, data mapping and governance, and creation of success criteria.
- Capture and document functional requirements and related business processes.
- Gather, analyse, and document business systems and ongoing support requirements.
- Identify, recommend, and implement improvements and efficiencies.
- Plan and assist in the delivery and management of projects.
- Develop, manage and track project plans and business cases
- Proactively identify Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies
- Establish user acceptance testing scripts / acceptance criteria
- Conduct user acceptance testing with business stakeholders
- Triage and manage defects and enhancements raised during testing
- Previous client and stakeholder management experience
- Excellent facilitation and workshop skills
- 5 + years of experience in developing and implementing solutions
- Extensive experience developing functional requirements documents
- Functionally experienced with supply chain, HRIS, payroll and finance systems.
- Experienced with current Master Data practices and Data Governance
- Experienced with data integration, data transformation concepts and mapping data requirements between disparate applications
- Demonstrates strong verbal and numerical skills
- ERP Experience, either via implementation, change, or management.
