Sanctuary Golf Resort are seeking an experienced Functions and Event Coordinator.
Duties include
. respond to initial enquiries, emails, phone calls
. customer liaison
. department and staff liaison
. sales working with marketing
. event planning and facilitation
. budget and administration including accounts.
. provide leadership organisation and support with all departments
. supplier relationships including bands, vendors, hire of equipment
Sanctuary Golf Resort includes Accommodation - Golf - Food and Beverage
previous hospitality experience in functions, events, conferences, with the ability to coordinate staff in the well running of our events.
being well organised and detailed with the ability to handle pressure, adapt quickly, having good communication skills.
