We are looking for a superstar to join our team at Hotel Canobolas and oversee the set-up and smooth running of functions and events.
The Functions and Event Coordinator will support our front of house team to ensure requirements for every event and function are considered, coordinated and delivered in a timely, efficient and professional manner, and to the satisfaction of the client.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
This role would be responsible for assisting with with the logistics, execution and coordination of our events and functions. This includes checking runsheets carefully, ensuring room is set-up to specs, equipment is working, and service staff are properly briefed in timely manner.
Reporting to the F&B Service Manager, this role focuses on proactively managing the execution of events, ensuring each guest experience is delivered flawlessly.
This role’s roster will revolve around the event and function bookings, therefore you will need to be available to work evenings and weekends when required.

You are someone with a keen eye for detail and loves delivering outstanding outcomes for guests. You have being working in hospitality and now looking to expand your skills in the event and functions space.
