About the position
Future Student Advisors engage with prospective domestic and international students and their families with enquiries about study options at Bond University across multiple channels, including walk-in, telephone and digital channels. As the first contact point for prospective students you will be expected to resolve a variety of questions along with using a consultative sales approach to troubleshoot enquiries in the broad fields of recruitment and sales, relationship management, study options at Bond and program application assistance.
Reporting to the Manager, Student Acquisition and Conversion, the position of Future Student Advisor will assist in driving student recruitment for the University with a strong focus on consistently delivering premium experiences to increase conversion percentage.

- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with ability to prioritise workloads to ensure deadlines are met.
- Highly-developed customer service skills with an innovative approach to go the extra mile and achieve targets
- Outstanding business and analysis skills.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience will be ideal. Additionally working for a premium brand, higher education product knowledge, and/or the ability to speak a second language will be an advantage

The salary for the position commences at $71,051.99 (Full Time Equivalent) plus 10.5% superannuation per annum.
