A Day in the Life: Install and maintain plants, mow, trim, fertilize, mulch, edge, weed, prune, and trim green spaces, and keep them clear of debris and litter. Use and maintain gardening equipment and machinery, monitor, and maintain plant health. Adhere to Workplace Health and Safety and Environmental Protection requirements, proactively identify and report safety hazards/issues, and deal with pest problems. Actively participate and promote a co-operative team-based approach to create an equitable, harmonious, and productive workplace. To Be Successful in this Role: Previous relevant experience and horticultural background is required for this position. Open Class Drivers Licence Highly Desirable: MR Licence or above Level 3 (TAFE) Certificate in Horticulture or equivalent.
