Job Description
All phases of the operation of the property by being fully accountable for all day to day property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the property.
The supervision of the entire on-site team and financial success.
Part of the critical incident management team.
The Successful Applicant
Strong communication skills: written and verbal
Strong reporting, target setting/achieving and budgeting ability
Ability to passionately articulate business purpose, values and plan
Provide high level management supervision and support to staff
Analytical and strategic thinker
Numerically competent
Strong knowledge of the property market and key participants
Effective networking and influencing skills
Proficient in MS Suite
