Your new role
The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the site accommodation operations including: finance, health & safety, facilities, client & guest relations, administration, and staff development. In particular, this role places significant emphasis on the guests experience providing a safe, engaging environment. The General Manager will need to demonstrate outstanding stakeholder management skills and engage with invested providers, manage refurbishment projects in conjunction with the facilities team, and establish priorities consistent with company objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
Hotel, residence management, or property management experience from aged care or allied health will be highly regarded. Demonstrated interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration, operational improvements and the implementation of best practice in facilities management especially in a turn around environment.
