TechnologyOne’s exciting new App Builder is a great example of this vision. For the first time, App Builder will allow users to create applications inside the TechnologyOne ecosystem, empowering customers to further personalise the software solutions for their business in real-time. As General Manager – App Builder, you will play a key role in leading this exciting new product. You will lead the team to be customer and achievement focused and driven to continually improve their product.
What you’ll be doing…
Reporting to the Group General Manager for Specialised Products, your focus will be to lead the development and execution of the App Bulder Product Strategy.
In this key leadership role, your responsibilities will also include:
Providing thought leadership and identify opportunities to maximise the long-term profitability and viability of the product.
Applying a disciplined approach to portfolio management and adopt data driven decision-making to deliver on time, to budget and at the highest quality.
Implementing rigorous established methodology to move from design, prototype, development and testing through to product launch/release deadlines, ensuring alignment to established quality management frameworks and policies.
Collaborating on opportunities to innovate and leverage relationships, resources and capability to maximise customer advocacy and business outcomes.
Managing risk and maximise competitive advantage and product sales by anticipating future customer and industry trends through collaboration with strategic partners.
What you’ll need…
As General Manager for App Builder, you’ll know what it takes to deliver strategic leadership. You will possess:
Industry and technical knowledge, ideally TechnologyOne specific.
Leadership capability to drive strategic goals through high team performance, efficient use of systems and processes while adapting to change and innovation.
Capability to provide vision and direction through clear communication and shares appropriate information openly.
Data-informed decision making that drives profitable growth in line with enterprise strategy and vision and customer needs
