AND YOU ARE?
As well as Aged Care and Residential management experience, you:
Possess highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
Show demonstrated ability in maximising occupancy levels
Have proven ability in promoting a positive work culture
Are ideally a RN, but non-RN with relevant experience is fine
Reporting to the Quality and Compliance Manager, the role entails:
Overseeing operations of this 109-bed home
Optimising business operating systems
Meeting compliance and regulatory standards
Leading, mentoring and upskilling the team
Leading continuous improvement in clinical and lifestyle care
Forming strong bonds with staff, families, and residents
