Key requirements for the role:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a General Manager or similar head of management role.
- Full working rights to work in Australia.
- Most hold a current RSA and RSG, as well as a valid QLD driver's license.
- Thorough understanding of all areas of hospitality business operations and legislation, with strong financial
- knowledge.
- High standards of attention to detail and communication (written & verbal).
- Certified to be Licensee of the venue.
- Background understanding of POS systems, DTS (Daily Taking Summary) procedures and gaming processes.
- Ample food and beverage background knowledge and thorough experience in various positions within the hospitality industry.
