This amazing multifaceted hotel on the Southern beaches of Sydney is a locals favourite overlooking the beach & searching for it's next GM leader!
The venue is seeking an experienced General Manager to join the venue & drive the business to success.
Your role is to lead the operations and management teams in all aspects of Gaming, Events, Food & Beverage management, and to support department managers and their teams to deliver on service excellence while also meeting business goals.
As the General Manager within the venue, you are responsible for but not limited to:
drive and mentor your managers to collaboratively inspire and create high performing teams
engage with the senior leadership development programs to support continuous development of your own leadership and your teams
overall accountability for all product performance within your venue, not limited to venue, marketing, entertainment & events management
oversee financial performance of your business ensuring compliance, profitability, appropriate wage controls & budgeted results are achieved

WHO ARE YOU
As a driven, passionate and focused individual you will possess the following attributes and skills:
Sound knowledge & passion of best - in - sector gaming
Demonstrated excellence in your management field in a similar role
Proven track record in leading & creating high performing teams
Strong background from operational Food & Beverage, in multifaceted alike venues
Compliance expertise, licensee experience will be highly regarded
Confident in 'managing up' and influential communicator
Excellent business & financial acumen
Open to interstate relocation and negotiation of relocation costs.
