About the Role
We have two exciting newly created roles as part of the Journey Beyond Rail Team. Applicants will be considered for either position/train. Based at the Adelaide Parklands Terminal, the General Manager will be responsible for the assigned train journey portfolio. Reporting to the Executive General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of the applicable train journey and associated terminals.
You will be responsible for:
- The proactive management of the Net Promotor Scores (NPS).
- Achievement of the Budget for the allocated Journey, through effective management of workflows, labour spend, waste management and supplier relationships and performance.
