Your new role at Brisbane Waters Private Hospital
Brisbane Waters Private Hospital is seeking an enthusiastic General Service Officer (Housekeeping & Catering) in a casual position to be part of a dynamic, friendly team providing quality and nutritionally balanced meals for our patients.
Reporting to the Hotel Services Manager the successful applicant will have a working knowledge of the principles of safety within a health care environment.

About you
Joining a team of like-minded professionals, you will have a flexible approach and the ability to work in an ever-changing environment. To ensure your success, you will have:
- General catering knowledge
- General cleaning knowledge
- Hold or obtain a Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate
- Work both independently and within a team structure
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and privacy
- Available to work varying shifts – day, afternoons and weekends
- This is a Category B (Low Risk role).
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination and immunisation history is mandatory and must be provided prior to commencement of employment.
Desirable Criteria
- High Standard of customer service and team approach
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
- Ability to work with minimal supervisions and to prioritise work effectively
- Awareness of the HACCP system

Supported by a team of dedicated professionals we provide patient-centred care in Medical/Surgical, Rehabilitation, Drug & Alcohol and Mental Health inpatient services and outpatient day program services to the community of the NSW Central Coast.
