aussieBum is looking for a talented Video Content Producer to work with our creative team in producing content across all our Social Media channels targeting our tribe globally.
This is a dream position for the right candidate who enjoys being creative to a global tribe following. Using pre-existing raw footage and producing your own that captures the cheeky personality and reality of what goes on ‘behind the scenes’ – your mission is to sustain a story our followers will enjoy following, engaging and being part of.
Your time with the team will be spent shooting, and editing footage that produces unique content to post on vital social channels globally.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to…
- Apply editorial judgment and ensure pages are updated with stories, photos, videos and other digital assets from a variety of sources
- Commit to keeping the viewer at the centre of engagement.
- Understand the target audience’s interests, needs and drivers.
- Multitask and understand the immediacy of digital and docu-reality in fun environments.
- Develop content that represents the brand DNA and ensure this is delivered to audiences quickly and accurately.
Your background should include -
- Experience in producing fresh creative content and drawing from our in-house studios, work environments and location shoots around Australia.
- Being able to post-produce your content with a high focus on video content creation.
- Understanding of content delivery and workflows.
- Experience scheduling paid social media advertising campaigns on key social media platforms; Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Pinterest with planning and scheduling.
- Experience monitoring and assessing paid marketing performance across all social media channels.
- Ability to work unsupervised, to tight deadlines and under pressure.
- Positive attitude with enthusiasm for sharing ideas and learning new skills.
- Experience in a busy work environment is encouraged but not essential.
