We need YOU to join our dynamic warehousing team and lead the way as our Goods Inwards Supervisor based onsite at our cutting-edge, brand-new warehouse in Auburn! (or as we like to call it…Health-Hub). The position entails Monday to Friday shifts, offering a stable & rewarding work schedule allowing YOU to contribute as an integral part to the success of our Health-Hub and take ownership of the inbound function. In this role you will be responsible for conducting the following duties on a day-to-day basis, Coordinate the daily, weekly and monthly Replenishment Ordering Cycle for one-month stock. Manage product line changes, stock rotation, and overflow. Perform stock takes, cycle counts, and spot checks. Supervise a Goods Inwards Team of around eight (8) for accurate and timely processing, including unloading, receiving, scanning, and shelving of products. Monitor and review invoices for accuracy, committing them promptly. Process credits and supplier returns promptly. Ensure efficient picking and transfer for the Auburn Warehouse. Maintain workplace health and safety, including WHS program compliance. Document safety incidents and coordinate emergency procedures. Maintain housekeeping and equipment in the goods inwards area. Liaise with the group purchasing team on new product lines, warehouse space, and discontinued lines. Minimise problem inventory by managing best before date stock. Provide goods inwards input at team meetings and finalise invoices within one business day. Ensure accurate and timely unloading, receiving, scanning, and shelving of products. Advise the Buying/Merchandising team of invoice discrepancies and attach relevant documentation. WHAT DO YOU BRING? Previous experience within the warehousing industry in a leadership position is a must paired alongside an resilient mindset and ability to adapt to a fast changing environment where no two days are the same.We're looking for someone who can demonstrate, An essential track record of leadership with a minimum of 2 years experience. High level of communication paired with excellent time management. A strong eye for detail with an outstanding level of accuracy. The ability to identify gaps and inconsistencies within the inbound process and provide viable solutions to inhouse barriers. A positive attitude alongside a great work ethic with the ability to inspire a productive and efficient team. The ability to actively work under pressure, whilst taking ownership and delivering top-notch results. A strong background in e-commerce is highly advantageous, bringing valuable expertise and insights to drive success in the rapidly evolving digital landscape. WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
