The perfect candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude to work, superior communication skills and intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office. Specifically, we would love to hear from candidates who have relevant experience in the following:
- Customer Service
- Call Centre - Inbound or Outbound
- Experience with large CRM and Document Management systems
- Previous experience working with local, State or Federal Government agencies is highly desirable
- Contract Administration
- High Volume Data Entry
- Rewarding hourly rates - average $30 - $40 per hour
- Long term and short-term assignments
