Job description

Our family-owned GP Practice is excited to add an experienced receptionists/medical receptionists to our team with an immediate start, a minimum 3 days per week up to full time. 

Are you the type of person who loves to engage with the people around you, loves to encourage others, and has attention to detail? The role is more than a receptionist, we are looking for someone to enhance our culture of care, compassion and support for our patients and team. 

This role includes working at the front desk, greeting and providing a great Patient Experience, managing bookings and emails, and working closely with the practice manager and GPs on broader tasks.

  • You are competent in daily reception duties and able to learn new things quickly.
  • You are proficient with the use of the English language and have great communication skills both online and in-person.
  • You have great computer skills

Success Profile

The successful applicant will be available Monday-Friday 9-6 and Saturday Morning.
