AddressGraders and packers are required to have a vigilent approach to visually assessing the quality of the fruit. This job is suited for individuals who are looking for less physically demanding work but have the ability to stay concentrated for long periods of time.
On the job training is provided to new employees and therefore the minimum period of work available for grading positions is 3 months.
