We are seeking an early career Maintenance Analyst to join our team on a 24 month maximum-term contract at our advanced manufacturing site in Port Melbourne.
The role may be extended dependent upon business conditions and individual performance.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in our Maintenance & Facilities Management team where you will be supported by a fantastic team of professionals who will give you the opportunity to grow.
Position Responsibilities:
Support the detailed and ongoing data analysis associated with sustaining the total productive maintenance programs
Assist with monitoring existing complex contract(s) to determine compliance
Assist with developing contract specifications for supplier goods and services and relevant documents
Support with creating and deploying schedules based on system customer and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with internal and external suppliers and customers to coordinate scheduled activities
Support with essential service reviews, and building code of Australia audits and imitate mitigation programs
Participate in analyzing deficiencies and feeding this data onto the appropriate maintenance and facilities supporting personnel for continuous improvement
Coordinate the processing of complex or unique requests to meet customer needs
Support the development of Cognos reporting within Maximo
Basic Qualification’s (Required Skills / Experience):
Tertiary qualification in Engineering or relevant technical qualification is preferred
1-2 years post graduate experience working in a manufacturing maintenance and facilities environment is desired
Use of asset management systems such as Maximo & Cognos is preferred
Strong computer-based skills in Microsoft Office products required
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Additional Information:
This is a Non EBA position IJC 8AAFX3. Remuneration will be dependent on skills and experience. The successful candidate will be required to complete background checks and a 3 month probationary period.
