AddressThis is a perfect opportunity for a Graduate ContractsAdministrator to join a reputable high profile contractingcompany for our 2023 in-take. As part of our team, you will work ina diverse environment with the opportunity to be involved invarious Civil or Infrastructure projects.
This position will be based on site working a 2:1 roster, or 5:2within Infrastructure, with a temporary Head Office placement.During the Graduate Program you will gain exposure to multiplefacets of the business to build upon your skills and knowledge.
You will have the opportunity to attend one of our tailoredleadership training courses, designed for those interested inadvancing into leadership roles.
As a Graduate Contracts Administrator, you will beresponsible for but not limited to:
- Assisting with quotation requests for subcontracts and supply items
- Supporting the preparation of monthly progress claims for completed work
- Assisting with the preparation of progress certificates for subcontractors and suppliers
- Facilitating the submission of monthly commercial reports
- Aiding with other interrelated disciplines such as estimating, quality assurance, site administration, and surveying
To be considered for this position you willrequire:
- Relevant qualification: Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management
- 1-2 years’ experience within Civil or Mining is highly advantageous or relevant site-based vacation placements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The right to permanently work in Australia
