Job Description
Reporting to the Team Leader - Customer Success, your main role and responsibilities will include:
Responding to Customer Queries via phone, e-mail, and webchat in a professional manner.
Daily internal liaison with internal stakeholders and business partners regarding customers.
Back-end processing of loans, repayments, and terminations of finances.
Assisting customers with the correct loan type and asking about complimentary loans.
Calculations of customer loans and timeframes around repayments.
Ad-hochoc customer service responsibilities as requested by the managers.
The Successful Applicant
Our client is looking for Customer Service candidates, who have a keen interest in Finance & Financial Services field that want to grow and progress their career in a positive fashion through their organisation. They are looking for up to two people who are driven to succeed and want to learn multiple new skills before growing their career. Ideally, you will have an interest/degree in Finance and want to progress your career in Financial Services.
