About the Role As a Graduate Human Resources professional, you will be a valued member of the team, contributing to our organisational success and providing quality service to our employees and contractors.Under the guidance of an experienced team, you will be exposed to a variety of roles contained within the Human Resources function of our business across sites and assist with a variety of HR services. This provides our graduates with the opportunity to develop a broad understanding of the strategic nature of Human Resources. Responsibilities will include recruitment, job advertisements and candidate selection, maintenance of personnel records, responding to real-world employee enquiries and concerns, developing site-wide policies and procedures, staff training and learning and development. You will be placed on a rotational program to experience multiple sites, fast tracking your knowledge of our business and the industry.
