Tom Howard Legal is a general practice located in North Sydney with a focus on employment law and commercial litigation. We are currently extremely busy and are looking to take on a new junior lawyer to join us on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will be working closely with senior lawyers and will be given a wide range of hands-on practical experience, including:
Attending and instructing barristers in court proceedings;
Attending client meetings, meetings with barristers, and mediations;
Preparing legal documents including correspondence and pleadings;
Conducting legal research;
Writing articles and blog posts.
If you are a good communicator, are keen to learn, and have an interest in disputes, then you would be an ideal candidate.
