Hatch is currently seeking Graduate Project Engineers to join our Brisbane team. This role will suit candidates with an interest in Engineering Consulting and EPCM projects in the Mining and Resources or Infrastructure sectors.

This position will require a high level of collaboration with all team members including the client, contractor, and construction manager to successfully complete the project on time and on budget.

As the successful candidate, you will:

-Assists the Project Manager to coordinate overall delivery of the Project scope of work, including delivery to safety, cost, schedule and quality objectives.
-Coordinates activities of other project functions, including engineering, contracts and procurement, quality, construction, and commissioning, required to deliver the Project scope of work.
-Coordinates interfaces with other project areas
-Coordinates change, risk, and issues management for the project.
 
You bring to the role:

You have or are working towards a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Engineering with a strong academic record. You will bring leadership and teamwork skills, advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, along with an ability to think laterally and innovatively. Flexibility to travel and work in locations within Australia and internationally is a bonus, but not essential. Finally, we are looking for candidates that have a passion and drive to make a real difference.
