The Macmahon WAC Head Office is located near Perth International Airport, T2. The WAC Head Office hosts Macmahon’s centralised support services and operates as the centre of gravity for the wider Australian business.

Macmahon is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to join the Perth corporate team, managing our Early Careers portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment & onboarding of Macmahon’s established Trainee programs, recruiting new-to-industry candidates into Macmahon’s various training schools. This role will suit either an experienced internal Recruitment Advisor or an agency Recruitment Consultant looking to make the move to an internal role.

About you

• Previous experience in a recruitment position
• High level of administrative skills
• Ability to coordinate large assessment centres
• High level of attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Current C Class Drivers License
• SuccessFactors experience would be advantageous but not essential
