AddressOur client is a family-owned stockfeed business located in South-West Victoria. They provide exceptional nutrition products as well as expert technical advice, especially into the dairy industry. Due to continued expansion, they are now searching for a graduate nutritionist to assist the Technical Manager in providing technical advice to their customers.
Role Responsibilities
Your role will be to assist the sales team, producers and distributors with technical advice, product enquiries and nutritional trouble-shooting. Appropriate training will be provided and you will be well mentored by industry-leading animal nutritionists within the business. This highly sought-after position is ideal for a recent university graduate with an agriculture background who is keen to put their recently acquired skills and knowledge to work in a fast-paced, supportive and learning environment.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Agricultural Science or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain customer rapport and confidence
- The ability to communicate effectively with farmer clients, colleagues and other personnel who may come in contact with in the performance of your duties
- Competency in the use of spreadsheet and word processing programs
- Effective time and self-management skills
Remuneration is $55 - $85k base range depending on experience + 11.5% super + Car. The location is in South Western Victoria.
