Details
An opportunity has arisen for a Graduate or Final Year Law Student with an interest in property and commercial law to join our team based in the city office.
Criteria:
Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage
Bachelor of Law or equivalent graduate or junior lawyer
Interest in commercial and property law
Prior experience in an office environment particularly at a law firm will be an advantage
Have excellent communication skills
Must be self-motivating, take initiative and have excellent attention to detail
Able to work within a team environment and autonomously when required
Availability to work a minimum of 4 days per week
Duties:
Drafting correspondences to clients
Preparing invoices and cost agreements
Drafting letters, agreements, and other documentation
Meeting with clients and other legal practitioners
Scanning and photocopying documents
Conducting property searches
File management
Handling conveyancing matters from beginning to end
Assisting directors and solicitors as required
