The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists within The Department of Allergy & Immunology to join us as Grant Funded Scientist.
The Grant Funded Scientist will be responsible for coordinating research studies for the Allergy and Clinical Immunology Unit (ACIU) within the Department of Allergy and Immunology. This may include the development, coordination and / or execution of clinical trial related procedures.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- B.Sc. or equivalent plus at least 2 years direct research coordination / management in clinical trials or working within a clinical research trial setting.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain both integrity and confidentiality in dealing with issues of a sensitive nature.
- Experience in maintaining general laboratory procedures and record keeping requirements to good laboratory practice (GCP) standards.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and under consultant direction to meet deadlines and achieve agreed outputs whilst working with demanding and sometimes competing priorities.
