Our client's current marketing team has been the driving force behind their recent success. After over-achieving quarterly targets for the last four years, our client is looking for a Graphic Designer to lead them to achieve their future plans.
Our client is currently looking for Graphic Designer to work in their Sydney head office with the right attitude, knowledge, experience, and skills to be part of their team that drives strategy implementation across all business operations.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for taking the lead in developing and executing comprehensive brand awareness and lead generation campaigns across traditional and digital channels.

As a graphic designer, you must have strong communication skills, an excellent eye for design and the ability to manage different tasks independently while meeting deadlines.
Our client aims to create a memorable brand and customer experience throughout all design aspects, from print to website design. You’ll be responsible for building brand and marketing collateral to bring our services to life. You must carry strong communication skills and time management abilities, and you are keen to explore your creativity working independently and as part of a team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Design and manage digital and print artwork for our websites and social media platforms.
- Print items, including flyers, posters and cards, to large-scale banners.
- Liaising with relevant stakeholders and subcontractors
- Digital design of social media items, banners, website landing pages, and marketing collateral
- Working closely with the marketing and development team for promotional materials
- Create realistic mock-ups for new site openings.
- Communicate with different site and state managers to ensure all required design material is being provided.
- Update and maintain graphic design assets.
- Work simultaneously on 5+ projects based on current client workload.
- Create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites, and other media, including infographics.
- Put together disparate design elements created by another professional, such as the icons, photographs, and other components necessary for a website design.
- Consult with clients’ marketing, copywriting, and sales teams to create cohesive designs that reflect our client’s corporate cultures and goals.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in fine art, design, marketing, or a related discipline
- Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, specifically with mock-ups, web design and multimedia presentation
- Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5 and JavaScript
- 4+ years in professional commercial design, preferably with a marketing or creative agency
- Experience working with WordPress templates.
- Adaptive design eye and skill
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients.
- The ability to work independently and work multiple projects simultaneously.
