The opportunity:
An exciting opportunity now exists for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Creative Services team based in Melbourne or Sydney. This is a max-term engagement ending on 31st January 2024.
As the Graphic Designer, you will work collaboratively with stakeholders across the entire AIA Australia business to produce visual solutions that communicate a broad range of marketing messages and support the strategic growth of our business. Utilising your creative flair, you will create and develop a variety a material including, advertising, print collateral, corporate communications, social channels, and websites.
You will join a fantastic and highly creative team who are truly dedicated to helping people embrace Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
To do this successfully you will:
Ensure your designs adhere to brand standards, creative platforms, and messaging
Liaise with external creative partners
Support the execution of channel marketing plans, new product launches, sponsorship and events, collateral materials, and promotions
Maintain graphic design policies and procedures, guidelines, creative platforms, and messaging
Successful applications will demonstrate:
Experience working in a large and highly complex organisation, preferably in B2C or B2B marketing
A tertiary qualification in graphic design or equivalent
Experience working with HTML would be advantageous
A high level of professionalism with the ability to liaise with and manage a variety of internal and external stakeholders
Creative flair whilst working with strict brand guidelines
The ability to adapt quickly, manage competing deadlines and maintain a high attention to detail
