About the Role
We are looking for an energetic individual to join our growing Marketing Team as a Graphic Designer & Project Specialist, reporting to the General Manager Marketing Asia Pacific at our Regional Head Office in Smithfield. We are seeking someone with graphic design skills and a flair for managing marketing projects.
Asia Pacific role championing graphic design creation in both online and offline formats focused on the development of quality sales and marketing materials. Develop visual campaign content elements that communicate Crown messages and ideas in a way that is clear, educational and motivates the Crown audience.
Majority of the time would be focused on marketing project management and marketing coordination tasks. Manage projects from briefing to planning, review, approval and execution. Includes corporate approvals management, maintaining Marketing project tracker and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Manage projects from inception to completion such as brochures for new product launches
- Drive website traffic and increase social media followers through email marketing and mobile messaging programs.
- Design and creation of marketing communications including advertising, brochures, edms, posters, billboards, vehicle signage, exhibitions, corporate templates, publications and merchandise
- Actively manage the development of Crown collateral on file which includes the Crown image bank, collateral gallery, video and photography imagery development
- Collaborate across the Marketing Team to support content creation for promotional material
- Assist in new concept development through contributing creative ideas that support the Marketing function’s business development activities
Skills & Experience
We are looking for a creative individual who has:
- Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design
- Over 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Software fluency in the latest graphics, desktop and business programs: Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Dreamweaver) and Microsoft (Outlook, Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint software.
- Project management and time management skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Well-organised and detail oriented. Flexibility to respond to differing tasks on tight timelines.
- Customer focus, team player, interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative with a strong work ethic.
