AddressJoin our team at Yarra Yarra Golf Club and be a part of creating an exceptional golfing experience for our members and guests. We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our golf course maintenance team in a casual position.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to the set up and maintenance of our beautiful golf course. This is a casual position with the flexibility of working on select weekdays (6am-11am) and the possibility of weekend shifts (5am-9am).
No prior experience in golf is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to all successful candidates. You will have the chance to learn and develop your skills in tasks such as raking bunkers, operating turf maintenance machinery, mowing (ride on and pedestrian), filling divots, debris blowing, and landscape maintenance.
Physical fitness and the ability to handle physical labour are important for this role. Some tasks may require strength and stamina, but rest assured, your hard work will be rewarded. We offer a supportive work environment and provide uniforms and daily meals to ensure your comfort and convenience during your shifts.
This is a 6-month opportunity with the potential for ongoing employment. Successful candidates will undergo a 3-month probationary period, during which you will have the chance to showcase your skills and dedication. We value our employees and offer a competitive hourly rate of $27.50.
