About the Role
We currently have an opportunity available for a reliable, motivated and safety conscious individual to join our Eagle Farm Workshop as a full time heavy vehicle mechanic.
Ensuring coaches and light fleet are serviced and maintained to the highest standard
Detection of mechanical faults
Repair or replace worn or faulty parts by removing assemblies such as engines, transmissions and differentials.
Complying with safe work practices
Accurately recording data in workshop system
Essential Experience and Criteria
To be successful in this position, you will need:
Reliability and flexibility to do shift work
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain mechanical processes in a way that is easy to understand
Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision to meet deadlines
