Job Description
This newly created role sits within the senior leadership team, driving operational excellence and strategy across a diverse portfolio of assets. The successful applicant will bring deep industry knowledge from a similar accommodation environment, understanding the complexities of operating rooms product in on-premise hospitality settings.
You will lead the accommodation department and drive sales growth through effective revenue management and distribution strategies. The primary focus will be on maximising accommodation revenue via increased occupancy, room rates and other revenue streams including food and beverage.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate for this position will have;
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience creating and implementing sales & marketing initiatives
A hands-on approach to delivering excellent product and service
Direct experience with revenue and yield management within on-premise accommodation
A proven track record of building great teams with a positive culture
Excellent written and verbal communication
