Are you a Group Account Director who has a passion for Operations? Someone who takes enjoyment from developing agency efficiencies, structuring teams, establishing better ways of working and ensuring profitability? This Group Account Director role will manage some key Clients, but also comes with the opportunity to work on the agency business, not just in it, and has a clear path to a GM role.

The role:
Lead key Client relationships and cultivate a trusted partnership by producing work that delivers outcomes for Clients
Develop a high functioning and inspired team, nurturing junior talent and educating the client service and broader agency on the importance of creative and production processes for success
Be an active contributing member of the agency’s broader team and agency culture and help shape the day to day agency operation and growth path.
Spot opportunities for growth from your existing Clients and support on new business opportunities
financial management including forecasting, client budgets, accurate cost estimates, reconciliations and timely invoicing

About you:
You’ll have strong integrated agency experience
Resourceful and pro-active you’ll be highly organised with a real passion for driving agency efficiencies and effectiveness
You’ll have exceptional Client leadership and able to contribute to strategic conversations
You’ll have a real sense of team and the ability to work well with cross disciplinary teams
You’re an enthusiastic and inspiring leader who loves mentoring others and makes their team feel valued
