Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Controller; the Group Accountant will be responsible for managing the day to day finance function within the business. This will include the monthly accounting, financial reporting, statutory accounting, audit, compliance and cash flow management. This role will have a key focus on Fixed Assets/Depreciation along with IFRS 16 Leases. You will have extremely strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree qualified and have 6+ years' experience in a similar role. You must be CA/CPA qualified, and preferably have had some previous exposure to audit. You will have excellent knowledge within Financial Accounting, taxation, compliance, audit and banking/treasury. Experience within large accounting systems is essential for this role. You must be commercially minded and able to work well with other departments in the business.
